All orders are shipped with a batch dispatch system; all orders placed in the online shop during the week - up until 9pm each Saturday - are made over the weekend and are posted at the start of the next week - Monday/Tuesday. If you are purchasing for a birthday or special occasion please make sure your order falls within the correct dispatch cycle to avoid disappointment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. Packages typically take 1-3 days to be delivered after they are shipped, but may take longer around busy seasonal periods. If we anticipate any issues with your order being delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.
Royal Mail shipping guidelines:
1st Class - 1-3 days
2nd Class - 2-5 days
Please ensure that delivery addresses & postcodes are complete & correct when placing your order - we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided at the checkout.
In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg. civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown, busy seasonal periods, etc.) we can not be responsible for any delivery delays. Please refer to current Royal Mail recommended delivery guidelines for further information on how your postal service may be affected.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We really hope you love our products as much as we do. In the event that you’re not totally satisfied with your order for any reasonable reason, contact us to discuss a refund or replacement option. Once opened, all products are non-returnable, unless faulty. Fwdge will reimburse return postage costs for any quality related issues.
